The wealthy and radiant life of Aziz, the eldest son of the Payidar family, the biggest carpet manufacturer of Antakya, is turned upside down when he kills a French lieutenant. While Aziz's opening of the workshop gives hope to those who want to live freely, it creates a deep fear on the other side. While Adem forces Dilruba to marry her, Efnan decides to say goodbye to Hatice Ana after seeing Aziz and Dilruba. While Dilruba tells Galip Bey that the wedding will not take place, Aziz takes action in panic when he sees the cage of the bird he gave Dilruba empty. Her arrival will dramatically shake up the business world of the entire town; while at the same time deeply effect the story between Efnan and Aziz. In order to test Dilruba's love, Adem tells her a big secret regarding Aziz. While Dilruba is trying to figure out how she is going to deal with this secret; a letter that Maksude now has in her hands pushes Aziz to go after a secret from the past that is filled with broken promises and dreams...

The first brave step taken by Aziz in order to live a free life becomes an awakening for the entire city. Aziz who wants to take Efnan from that house has him standing on Pierre's doorstep. This move by Aziz brings the tension between Aziz and Pierre to a brick wall. While Dilruba is having a very difficult time carrying the heavy burden of the secret that she has just learned, she has also encountered a brick wall between her conscience and her love. In order to keep Mustafa away from Maksude, Galip starts to use his sons to test him. But this test is not only a test to prove love, but this also becomes a test of brotherhood ties between Aziz and Adem...

Showdown between Aziz and Galip after Aziz learns the entire truth! In order to fight for the rights of not only his father but of all of the workers, even though the enemy before him is his uncle; Aziz is ready for war. Aziz becomes the leader and takes the Turks behind him showing the French that the Turkish people have no intention of giving in. Due to this determination and bravery being put forth by the Turks; Pierre decides to use all of the power and strength available to him. As all of this is going on; Aziz only continues to breath freely with the love he can feel from Efnan. But Dilruba cannot stand to just watch this situation, so she makes the decision to wound Efnan once again using the events of the past with Aziz. As Aziz is in the middle of an extremely difficult struggle, we are going to view his love for Efnan being tested one more time....

With the sounds of gunshot and Galip Payidar falling to the ground, everyone asks the question; Did Aziz shoot his uncle? At the same time Adem is demanding an explanation from Dilruba as to why she explained everything to Aziz. As Adem stands by his father who is laying ill, he swears "Aziz is going to pay for this" relaying that signals that he is going to get revenge from Aziz, while at the same time Efnan notices the tears in Aziz's eyes. Aziz is put in great danger to save Mustafa, who was seriously injured in the conflict on the border. Pierre learns that the weapons have been smuggled and supplies have been smuggled into the city. As Aziz continues at full speed to get right of Pierre; the French continue to increase the pressure on the citizens of the city. Aziz who will not bow down to any pressure from the French gets himself involved in a very dangerous game. As Adem has a very difficult time accepting the past and happenings between Dilruba and Aziz, a stranger arrives in the city. With the arrival of this stranger, winds start to blow toward Adem changing his thought process. Meanwhile the murder of Andre starts to squeeze Efnan into a corner. Efnan is very much afraid of what Aziz may do in order to protect her; so she makes a very difficult decision. Efnan decides to free and release Aziz from what she sees as the trap of her fate.

When Aziz learns that Efnan left with no intention of returning, he immediately heads out to find her. On this very painful journey, Aziz learns that Efnan is face to face with a huge danger and is being tested with death. Aziz who wants to save the woman that he love, does not even think for a single moment and puts his own life on the line. However this time Pierre is after an even bigger target than the life of Aziz. This situation has some protecting those that they love and making the moves necessary to protect them, Efnan however will continue to protect the secret of her existence.

After Aziz pulls a fast one on Pierre by marrying Efnan without his knowledge, Efnan and Aziz immediately start wedding preparations. As each day passes Adem continues to worsen and continues to lose control of himself, while at the same time he is also turning Dilruba's life upside down. Meanwhile after Aziz learns that Dilruba married Adem to save him, Dilruba starts to open up the past looking for accountability. Galip who thinks that his relationship with Pierre is now back on track, has him now really stumped when Aziz pulls a fast one on Pierre. Pierre who refuses to accept defeat makes such a next move, that this time he causes a real disaster.

Aziz is in critical condition after being shot at his wedding. With the final move made by Aziz, all of Pierre's plans have gone up in smoke, so he decides to use his last and final trump card making Efnan a totally incomprehensible offer. The decision that Efnan makes is going to change the direction of everything. Meanwhile the enemies who have been ready to attack and hiding, use the fact that Aziz is not around to their advantage. The actions being made by these enemies is going to change the entire balance of everything.

Everyone is curious as to why Efnan is mysteriously not around while Aziz is fighting death! Kenan with the support he receives from Pierre and Galip heads on a path that is going to turn the manner in which trade is handled in the city. Now this means that the moment Aziz opens his eyes his is thrown into a fierce battle of survival as he starts a huge war against his enemies. Dilruba who can no longer take the abuse from Adem makes a very serious decision that puts everyone on edge. Efnan who was willing to do whatever she had to in order to get away from Pierre, has done the opposite and left Pierre holding a huge trump-card. This new trump-card is once again going to put the love between Aziz and Efnan through a new test.

As her relationship with Aziz has reached its breaking point; Efnan continues to try and get Aziz to forgive when Pierre squeezes her tightly into a corner one more time. After Adem learns that Dilruba is pregnant, all of the balances within the family fall apart. Meanwhile Efnan learns a secret that Dilruba is hiding from everyone, however Dilruba is holding a huge trump card which squeezes Efnan tightly into a corner. The move that Dilruba makes when she learns that Adem is planning to harm Aziz stuns everyone. With the next game that Pierre plays the love between Aziz and Efnan receives another huge blow....

Aziz and Efnan come to the brink of the biggest break in their relationship with Pierre's game. In the meantime, the excitement of the parliamentary elections is experienced in the city. Pierre takes firm steps to ensure that the surprise candidate he puts up against Aziz wins and corners Aziz in every sense. While Aziz is trying to protect Dilruba from Adem's violence, Dilruba comes to Aziz with an unexpected offer. After this suprising offer, Efnan and Adem will have to face their biggest fears.

Suddenly a mysterious man appears before Aziz and makes a totally unexpected offering to him of a brand new assignment. While Aziz accepts this assignment with his love for his country, he is also forced to leave much behind as well. Efnan becomes very curious and tries to find out the secret that Aziz is hiding, at the same time Pierre puts a new plan into motion to cause chaos with the upcoming parliamentary elections. When Aziz learns of this plan, he is going to do whatever it takes to ruin it. As all of this is going on, Dilruba is about to leave town when she comes face to face with the danger of losing the baby because of something Adem does.

Aziz's new mission opens a new curtain in the relationship between Aziz and Efnan. Efnan starts to worry about Aziz. Pierre takes action regarding Galip, whom Aziz nominated for his place. The arrest of Galip causes the Payidars to have a hard time. Meanwhile, Dilruba has come back to life. As the ice melts between Adem and Dilruba, Dilruba will make a decision for her child's future. Defeated by the masked hero, Pierre takes action to take revenge.

Pierre who thinks that he has finally captured Aziz, eventually realizes that he has been tricked. Aziz is very happy with the game that he played on Pierre and he continues on with his life; however Efnan is extremely concerned because she is certain that Aziz is hiding something from her. Adem once again is on bad terms with his father Galip once again because of the situation with Dilruba; so in order to prove himself to his father he starts on a new journey working together with Efnan. On this new journey it will be Aziz who has been given a very huge and heavy orders from Ankara but he continues to be their biggest supporter.

Pierre's blow puts his existence in Hatay in danger. However, Pierre is not going to just give up on Hatay. Compressing Kenan from all sides leads him to a crossroads. In order not to lose his power, Kenan gets into a big game to decipher Aziz's identity and uses Efnan as a bait for this cause. Kenan's game over Efnan causes Pierre to act and set a trap for Aziz. Efnan, on the other hand, learns a big secret that has been covered over the years while trying to get rid of the situation he is in. Aziz comes to a crossroads with Efnan's life in danger. There are two options in front of him in order to save Efnan, and one of these options is death. Will Aziz be able to risk death for Efnan and save the woman he loves?

Efnan's detention by Kenan opens the door to a big showdown between Pierre, Aziz and Kenan. What Efnan says about Kenan causes Pierre to step back. With the opportunity he gets, Pierre puts into action a plan that no one could have calculated! The fact that Hatay elections will be held attracts the attention of the press. While Pierre gives the good news that Hatay will meet democracy, Aziz's target is Zehra, one of the journalists who came to Hatay. Aziz must gain trust to reveal Pierre's true face! An unexpected development occurs in Hatay, which is in an election rush. While Pierre's plan goes well, Kenan decides to reveal his family history. However, Aziz continues to trace what happened. No matter what has happened, the truth has a habit of coming out! Who will be the winner at the end of the day?
